Workouts designed for sustainability

We create all of our workouts on a monthly schedule, varying workouts week by week. Everything we do starts with programming, which is where the FIIT difference is most evident. They are designed to work together each week. Each workout is specifically designed to test you in a different way each day, while allowing for active recovery in other areas. This allows for workout sustainability — our clients can workout multiple days in a row, with a lower risk of injury from overtraining.
