Everyone startS SOMEWHERE

Here are some tips to make the most out of your first class:

  • Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to get acclimated to the studio. Please note, late entrance is not allowed.
  • Wear fitting athletic clothing and footwear.
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! Before, during and after.
  • We’ve got cubbies for storing belongings, complimentary clean towels because we know you’ll need them, and antibacterial wipes to clean off equipment when you’re done.
  • Avoid body sprays and perfumes, some people have allergies – but please do apply deodorant!
  • Our coaches are here to guide you and help with any of your needs. Let them know if you are pregnant, injured or in need of modifications.
  • Always work within your personal limits. Push yourself, but pace yourself. Be non-judgmental to yourself and others. Have an open mind to new exercises.
